In my second interview, I read for a man. I laid out his cards and interpreted a blond woman who was about to completely fuck him over. After years of reading strangers for quick cash, I knew better than to tell someone that a person he cared about was going to take advantage of him. So instead, I described a blond woman who was very strong and all business. He excitedly told me, "That's my partner!"
Karee had a sweet personality.  However, many of the things she said were very inaccurate or generic.  I came for a mediumship for my father, who passed away. She asked me if I knew a John or a Mark closely, which are very generic names.  She drew a ring that he never had.  He doesn't have a wedding ring, and has a ring that he hasn't worn in decades that looks nothing like that.  She then said the diamond shape is probably the watch he has.  But his watch is round.  She then said maybe it's the little symbol on the back of the watch.  He also didn't pick up on something I brought that he wore all the time on his body, that was very special to him and had so much meaning.  There were so many things that were not accurate at all, about him and things around the house, his clothing, and even my mother.  She said my father was in the military, which he wasn't.  And that he wore a uniform.  Then when I said no, she said my mother did.  Again, no.  Finally, she came to me.  There were many moments like that.  At the end, she said I was too analytical, rational, intelligent, anxious, and amped up, and that I needed to meditate more.  She said my spirit was blocking my father's spirit, so it wasn't coming through well.  I was really looking forward to being with my father. I felt much more depressed afterwards because now it just seems like he's dead dead, and his spirit is not around.  At least she went over the hour, to 1 hour 40 minutes to try to contact my dad some more.   Just as an fyi, most people and their phone numbers are Google-able, so people can be researched before they come.
Some people worry that a psychic reading performed on the phone will not be as thorough or accurate as a face-to-face reading. Thankfully, these fears are completely unfounded. Phone psychic readings are every bit as good as an in-person reading, as each advisor is rated anonymously following each call. This guarantees that you are contacting a qualified & professional psychic guide for each call.
My first shift was on Valentine's Day, which was like learning how to Parkour without first learning how to walk. The service would link to my personal phone with the caller from their 800 number, so I was able to work from home. That night my phone rang constantly with needy, single callers. The majority of these lonely hearts asked about people they hadn't even met yet from online dating sites. They were spending $3.50 a minute to obsess over someone they'd never even kissed. I was collecting $1.99 a minute to tell them what I saw in the cards, which was, by and large, bullshit. They were never going to meet, let alone, love these strangers. By the end of my evening I felt infected with desperation and insanity (which makes sense considering my employers had classified me as an "Empath," a skill that was added to my profile).
The Polish medium Stanisława Tomczyk's levitation of a glass beaker was exposed and replicated in 1910 by the magician William S. Marriott by means of a hidden thread.[114] The Italian medium Lucia Sordi was exposed in 1911, she was bound to a chair by psychical researchers but would free herself during her séances. The tricks of another Italian medium Linda Gazzera were revealed in the same year, she would release her hands and feet from control in her séances and use them. Gazzera would not permit anyone to search her before a séance sitting, as she concealed muslin and other objects in her hair.[115]
Most of the callers were terribly lonesome. They didn't want to know their futures as much as they wanted hope. I started the job feeling like a therapist and ended it feeling more like a prostitute. Except instead of sex, there was crying. Instead of revelation, there was blabbering. I was a pay-per-minute substitute for what might actually fill their voids. There was no way I could give them what they needed. I encouraged some to seek therapy or go to church, but HR told me to stop pushing therapy on people who were seeking a psychic. Eventually, we had a mutual termination of my online psychic profile.
In a series of experiments in London at the house of William Crookes in February 1875, the medium Anna Eva Fay managed to fool Crookes into believing she had genuine psychic powers. Fay later confessed to her fraud and revealed the tricks she had used.[71] Frank Herne a British medium who formed a partnership with the medium Charles Williams was repeatedly exposed in fraudulent materialization séances.[72] In 1875, he was caught pretending to be a spirit during a séance in Liverpool and was found "clothed in about two yards of stiffened muslin, wound round his head and hanging down as far as his thigh."[73] Florence Cook had been "trained in the arts of the séance" by Herne and was repeatedly exposed as a fraudulent medium.[74]
ESP Net’s online “guidance site” asserts that it is an “unrealistic expectation” for callers to assume psychics are psychic. But its contract is more ambiguous about occult powers. While it stated I could not claim a call was “anything more than entertainment,” on the next page, awaiting my signature, was this sentence: “It is my personal feeling or understanding that I possess psychic or clairvoyant abilities.” How could I sign this? Then I thought of my supernatural ability to read my husband’s mind. Take the other morning when the dog, suffering from diarrhea, started whining at 4:45 a.m. I looked over at my husband, and despite the darkness I could see this sentence forming in his brain: “If I pretend I’m still asleep, she’ll walk the dog.” I signed.

Our psychic readers are wonderful, kind hearted and gifted people, rather than strangers in a call centre.

Not that I believe in this psychic stuff, but at one point in my life I was spending so much money having my tarot cards read at occult bookstores that I decided to do it myself. I bought a deck and discovered I had the gift. Each time I posed a question about my life, the cards so unerringly forecast frustration and disappointment that I finally stuck them in the bottom of a trunk.
Nationally known, natural-born psychic medium Trenny Simmons felt her gift at a very young age. She repeatedly saw the death of her brother in her childhood dreams as well as seeing other predictions. She credits her brother and his post-death visit to her as the reason she embraced her gift and truly began utilizing the abilities that she was often told growing up were stemming from a negative place.
My career as a phone psychic started the same way as most part-time jobs and regrettable sexual liaisons: Craigslist. I saw an ad saying "psychic wanted." I sent an email, they got back to me, and we scheduled a phone interview. I received a call 45 minutes later from an old woman faking a Miss Cleo voice. She asked if I had psychic abilities. I said something like, "I have as many as any person does." (That'd be zero, for reference.)
For example, if a spirit wants to give the psychic medium the name Sandy, they might flash (in the psychic medium’s mind) the face of a person whom the psychic medium knows named Sandy. If they want to get the psychic medium to say the word “coffee,” they might show the psychic medium someone’s cat that had the name Coffee. This can be confusing and requires that the psychic medium interpret what they are seeing in their mind. For instance, the psychic medium might say cat rather than coffee; and to the person being read, the psychic medium might appear wrong when the psychic medium is actually just “misinterpreting” the message.
Attempts to communicate with the dead and other living human beings, aka spirits, have been documented back to early human history. The story of the Witch of Endor (In the most recent edition of the NIV witch is rendered medium in the passage) tells of one who raised the spirit of the deceased prophet Samuel to allow the Hebrew king Saul to question his former mentor about an upcoming battle, as related in the Books of Samuel in the Jewish Tanakh (the basis of the Old Testament).
The trance medium Leonora Piper was investigated by psychical researchers and psychologists in the late 19th and early 20th century. In an experiment to test if Piper's "spirit" controls were purely fictitious the psychologist G. Stanley Hall invented a niece called Bessie Beals and asked Piper's 'control' to get in touch with it. Bessie appeared, answered questions and accepted Hall as her uncle.[98] The psychologist Joseph Jastrow wrote that Piper pretended to be controlled by spirits and fell into simple and logical traps from her comments.[99] Science writer Martin Gardner concluded Piper was a cold reader that would "fish" for information from her séance sitters.[100] The physiologist Ivor Lloyd Tuckett who examined Piper's mediumship in detail wrote it could be explained by "muscle-reading, fishing, guessing, hints obtained in the sitting, knowledge surreptitiously obtained, knowledge acquired in the interval between sittings and lastly, facts already within Mrs. Piper's knowledge."[101]
There are several forms of biometric identification employed in access control: fingerprint, hand geometry, iris, Voice Recognition, and facial recognition. Biometric technology has been promoted for its ability to significantly increase the security level of systems. Proponents claim that the technology eliminates such problems as lost, stolen or loaned ID cards and forgotten PINs.[citation needed]

My favorite thing to do is to raise awareness so people like you can put it into everyday action. I don’t think a private reading is what you need – you might want to join the Evolve community. It is a great way for people to jump in and connect not only with me, but with other like-minded folks from all around the world. There’s too many benefits to list being an evolve member here – but CLICK HERE and you might be one of the five people who win a private reading each month just because they are Evolvers (that’s what the community has nicknamed each other)!
There are all sorts of explanations I could go into, from how quantum physics has shown that everything is connected to mystical explanations of how psychic or tarot readings can be done over the phone, but I always say the proof is in the pudding.  In any reading, whether face to face or over the phone, I think an exceptional psychic reader should be able to quickly tune in and say something that lets you know they have connected with you.  In my book, they should say something that you feel is accurate and specific in the first few minutes.
In 1910 at a séance in Grenoble, France the apport medium Charles Bailey produced two live birds in the séance room. Bailey was unaware that the dealer he had bought the birds from was present in the séance and he was exposed as a fraud.[111] The psychical researcher Eric Dingwall observed the medium Bert Reese in New York and claimed to have discovered his billet reading tricks.[112] The most detailed account at exposing his tricks (with diagrams) was by the magician Theodore Annemann.[113]
This site works a bit more like a social networking site. There are free chats, and then you can go into private sessions. New users can get a free reading up to 10 minutes. After that, the fees are based on the rate that an individual psychic chooses to charge, and can vary greatly. Speaking or chatting with the more experienced advisors on Oranum will cost more credits.

The VERITAS Research Program of the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health in the Department of Psychology at the University of Arizona, run by the parapsychologist Gary Schwartz, was created primarily to test the hypothesis that the consciousness (or identity) of a person survives physical death.[186] Schwartz claimed his experiments were indicative of survival, but do not yet provide conclusive proof.[187][188] The experiments described by Schwartz have received criticism from the scientific community for being inadequately designed and using poor controls.[189][190]

So, drawing upon my long psychic internship, which consisted mostly of watching The Mentalist, I asked her for three colors and a word. Then I said something like, "Sometimes when you're at a party, you don't mind being the center of attention, but occasionally you'd rather just hang out with a small circle of friends." If you find yourself agreeing with that statement, you belong to an exclusive club called Everybody. I also told the woman that she had a lot to be proud of, but that she also lived with a nagging doubt keeping her from fully embracing life. I told her this doubt was "likely financial or romantic," because those two things sum up roughly 100 percent of problems in the universe.
“Hi Denise... You met with my sister through Project Help Thursday and I just wanted you to know you may have saved her life. You communicated with her son who took his life last year. Today when she relayed particulars of your meeting I could sense her relief and felt for the first time since he died that she would actually get through this. I do not want to over dramatize but I was very concerned about her. Thank you so much for your help....“
In March 1902 in Berlin, police officers interrupted a séance of the German apport medium Frau Anna Rothe. Her hands were grabbed and she was wrestled to the ground. A female police assistant physically examined Rothe and discovered 157 flowers as well as oranges and lemons hidden in her petticoat. She was arrested and charged with fraud.[102] Another apport medium Hilda Lewis known as the "flower medium" confessed to fraud.[103]
I believe that we are all connected to each other and to everything within the universe (quantum physicists agree with me but they explain it a bit differently!)  When we give psychic readings, we’re tuning into that psychic connection so it really doesn’t matter whether the person is in front of you, in the next room or four thousand miles away.  Personally, I think that giving a psychic reading over the phone is better because the psychic reader isn’t distracted (or unwittingly helped) by any visual information.
Whether you're looking for advice from an empath, or a tarot card reading from a skilled card reader, any and every type of reading can be done accurately over the phone. You don’t have to spend hours with a telephone psychic to get important insights and answers to your questions. If you feel you are not connecting well with an Advisor, it’s OK to say so and continue browsing until you find someone with whom you truly connect.
